Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, I & Q Cosmetic Products cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request promptly.

Exchange Policy

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by I & Q Cosmetic Products, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item.
